At Eskiwood, we only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Our priority is to ensure you receive products in perfect condition.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- An item is eligible for an exchange only if it arrives damaged or defective.
- Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) where the product remains in good condition does not qualify for an exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

Report the Issue:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our [contact page/email].
- Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product and packaging.

Approval Process:
- After reviewing your request, our team will determine if the item is eligible for an exchange.
- You will receive instructions for returning the damaged product, including any shipping details.

Return Shipping:
- For approved exchanges, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
Non-Eligible Exchanges
We do not process exchanges for:
- Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper use.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement within 7 business days.
- You will be notified via email with tracking information once your replacement is dispatched.
